  • Unique smooth streamline exterior surface

  • Smooth interior surface allows for easy cleaning

  • Limited dust and cobweb build-up with just one external flange

  • Attractive colors to choose from

  • A high degree of tolerance to extreme weather temperature

  • FRP won't melt

  • Smooth wax pigmented resin (grey in color) provides a smooth taste free, algae resistant surface on the inside of the tank

  • Exterior gel coat provides a long lasting surface that reflects UV light, giving you cool fresh water

  • Unaffected by all types of water conditions such as high alkaline, saline, or bore water

Specifications:
Specification compliance and quality control is guided by API, AWWA & ASTM-3299

The tanks have a high degree of inherent tensile strength and flexibility while remaining lightweight, making installation and relocation possible
No lining required that can be scratched or damaged

In the unlikely event of damage or if the positions of fittings need to be changed, repairs and maintenance can be carried out on site

Quality workmanship and materials

Suitable for both ground and stand applications

When manufactured using the right FRP resin system the fiberglass chemical tanks can service multiple processes. Each resin type is resistant to a wide range of chemicals and specifications and can include fire retardants and ultra violet inhibitors.

Fiberglass reinforced chemical tanks eliminate the need for additional corrosion protection such as exterior painting and cathodic protection systems. The need for costly maintenance and repainting is eliminated, offering considerable dollar savings when compared to steel tanks.

Applications:

  • Housing projects

  • Hospitals

  • Water treatment plants

  • Schools

  • Chemical

  • Food industries

The design of each tank is modeled using the latest finite analytical method as the design allows suitable changes to be made in the thickness and variations of tank such that stress and deflections could be minimized to resist hydrostatic load with a built in factor of safety to ensure years of service.
